Song Tea & Ceramics party in The Bay Area for college students at the time to sell their ceramics (tea ceramics). This company, Song Tea & Ceramics, is still an ongoing practice where artists can have their work sold in shop and you can go there to also buy and sip tea.

This was another way for artist, especially college students who were either working part time or no full time job while being a full time student to earn cash from their work. The shop also gives them a very high percentage when you buy a ceramic from their shop.
