Slow Oven Roast Black Cherry Bison Sirloin Steak

With the help of my friend, Chef and restaurant owner, Scott McGehee, I was able to slow roast this steak. At the time, instead, I used my oven. I had started on this late in the evening around 21:00 hours (9 P.M.). It was done cooking around 05:00 hours (5 A.M.). It was very good! If you do not have a slow cooker, set your oven around 200 degrees F.

Recipe for Steak

Marinate your steak. I made my own and will not provide the recipe for that.
Black Cherry (cut in halves remove seeds)
Black Pepper
Himalayan Salt
Garlic cloves
Rosemary

Red skin potatoes. Clean thoroughly and dry. Brush them in Kolossos green extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered. The spices I used were the following: parsley, coarse ground black pepper, Himalayan sea salt,

Above are heirloom green beans. Nothing was added. There is no recipe for these. These are passed down from generations and generations.
